As research fellow to Professor John Studd at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Beverly started to specialise in the management of the menopause and in premenstrual syndrome.  Her research focussed on the use of natural hormones for the management of symptoms of the menopause.

Beverly Benster is a Gynaecologist with an interest in conditions related to the menopause. Beverly completed her training in Gynaecology at the University of Nottingham and trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Nottingham, Malta and London.

As research fellow to Professor John Studd at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital she learnt about management of the menopause and premenstrual syndrome.  Her research focussed on the use of natural progesterone cream for the management of the menopause. Her research work included evaluating the effect on climacteric (menopausal) symptoms on quality of life, and the safety of different doses of hormone creams.
